A Multicultural Learning Environment with Global Connections

PTIT International Summer School 2026: Global Innovation is a 15-day international academic program. It is designed to create a multicultural learning environment where students from various nations exchange knowledge, develop international teamwork skills, and build innovative technology-driven solutions.

This year, the program brings together 44 international students from 22 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Americas, as well as 24 PTIT students. The international students are currently studying at many of the Institute’s partner universities, including:

  • University of Bradford (United Kingdom);

  • Howest University of Applied Sciences (Belgium);

  • University of Canberra (Australia);

  • University of Huddersfield (United Kingdom);

  • Jeonbuk National University (South Korea);

  • King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (Thailand);

  • Universitas Gadjah Mada (Indonesia)

68 students from 22 countries participate in the PTIT International Summer School 2026.

The diversity of nationalities, cultural backgrounds, and training fields creates a dynamic international learning environment. This setup helps students broaden their global perspectives, develop interdisciplinary thinking, and enhance their capacity to work in the context of international integration.

Integrating Academic Activities and Cultural Experiences

Within the framework of the program, students will participate in a series of intensive workshops covering Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, Creative Technology, Design Thinking, product development, and innovation. These sessions are guided by lecturers and experts from PTIT, partner universities, and tech enterprises.

International students and PTIT students socialize during the program.

In addition to academic activities, students will be divided into 09 international project teams to jointly research, design, and develop technology products inspired by Vietnamese culture. Each group will be accompanied by lecturers and mentors to support the execution and finalization of their products.

The program also offers a variety of unique cultural experiences, such as visiting the Trang An Landscape Complex (Ninh Binh) and the Dong Ho Folk Painting Village (Bac Ninh). These trips help international students gain a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s history, culture, and daily life. At the same time, this is an opportunity for PTIT and international students to strengthen exchanges, connect, and build cross-border friendships.

The program contributes to the promotion of internationalization of education and to strengthening PTIT’s global academic connections.

Project Showcase and Closing

After two weeks of studying and teamwork, the teams will present their products at the Project Showcase—an open project exhibition dedicated to students, lecturers, businesses, and invited guests. The most outstanding ideas will be honored at the Closing Ceremony of the program.

Through PTIT International Summer School 2026: Global Innovation, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology continues to affirm its strategy of educational internationalization, expanding its global academic cooperation network and creating more international experience opportunities for students. The program not only helps raise learners’ capacity for international integration but also fosters connections between PTIT and universities, organizations, and enterprises worldwide.
